The February market data are out.  These data look at February 2011 as compared to February 2010 and also year to date.

In summary:

  • New listings are down 17% compared to last year and 14% year-to-date;
  • Closed sales are up 4.4% compared to last year and 5.1% year-to-date;
  • Average prices are down 3.6% compared to last year and 0.7% year-to-date.
  • The landscape not looking bad.
