Listen to my interview with Stacey Anfindsen a local real estate appraiser and the Triangle real estate market expert.
You will learn that Durham is doing slightly better than the rest of the Triangle.
Sales in the Triangle overall are down 27% and they are down 29% in Wake County.
Sales in Durham are down about 20% from 2010 which is not great but it is not as bad as other spots in the Triangle. The list-to-sales price ratio is 95.5% and the average days on market is 127 which is up 44%.
