The Chapel Hill real estate market data are out for June 2011. In Chapel Hill:
- New listings are up 11%
- Closed sales are down 2.6%
- The list-to-sales price ratio dropped from 96.5% in 2010 to 96.1%in 2011
- Average days-on-market is 127 which represents a 22.6% increase from last year
Chapel Hill is fairing considerably better than the rest of the Triangle where, on average, sales are down 17.3%.
