After a very snowy February 2015 the market data is now in. With several winter storms hitting the area the data is interesting to analyze and stay up to date on. Here are the data points for February:
The median sales price in Durham, NC dropped from $177,000 to $172,553 which was a 2.5% drop. The average sales price dropped even more at 7.3%. A very interesting piece of data is the months supply of inventory which plummeted 27.7% to 3.4 months. This is a trend we will definitely watch moving forward.
