The Orange County real estate market data are out for June 2011. In Orange County:
New listings are down 11.7%
Closed sales are down 2.6%
The list-to-sales price ratio dropped from 96.4% in 2010 to 95.8%in 2011
Average days-on-market is 124 which represents a 25.4% increase from last year
Like Chapel Hill, Orange County is doing better than the rest of the Triangle with respect to closed sales. In Orange County, sales are down but not as much as in the Triangle overall.
