The Triangle real estate market data are out for June 2011. In Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill:
New listings are down 17.5%
Closed sales are down 17.3%
The list-to-sales price ratio dropped from 96.5% in 2010 to 96.2%in 2011
Average days-on-market is 125 which represents a 23.1% increase from last year
