Chapel Hill and Carrboro Real Estate Market Update For August 2015

Year-to-date, closed sales are up 9% in Chapel Hill and Carrboro.  Average prices are up 2.5% and the average days on market is down 4.9%.

The supply of inventory is said to be 4 months by some sources but my source, 10K Research, reports 7 months of inventory.

Month over month, meaning last August to this August, closed sales are actually down 8.2%.
