The Chatham County Real Estate market is doing well. As of the end of November:
- Closed sales are down 13%. This is actually a great number since this time last year sales were down close to 25%.
- Median prices are down 7.4%%.
- Average prices are down 7.1%
- Days on market increased from 112 to 120.
I am happy to report that sales are down less than a year ago. Chatham County has been hit harder and we are seeing this in a decline of both media and average prices and it is taking longer to sell homes in Chatham County than in the surrounding area.
