The Chatham County real estate market data are out for June 2011. In Chatham County:
New listings are down 2.4%
Closed sales are down 10.6%
The list-to-sales price ratio dropped from 95.5% in 2010 to 95.3%in 2011
Average days-on-market is 136 which represents a 4.5% increase from last year
Chatham County saw a significant slow down in the last few years. The 2011 statistics indicate that while sales are still down in Chatham County, it is not as bad as the last few years and Chatham County is doing slightly better than the rest of the Triangle, on average.
