The number of listings when up drastically when comparing 2015 to 2014. We saw a slight decline in the median sales price but for the year to date Chapel Hill and Carrboro have seen an increase of over 5% in median sales price. What is interesting is the new listings increased over 20% while the days on the market until sale, with no price reduction, decreased over 20%.
