With any Realtor you have expectations, but with Team Jodi we got more than we ever expected. The advice and service provided by Jodi and her team of experts went above and beyond anything we imagined. Our home was in a tough ‘sell area’, but Team Jodi’s marketing plan got it sold. Our home had so much exposure we had an enormous amount of showings, nearly 60 in all, over a five month period. We also used Team Jodi in the purchase of our new home. This was one of the biggest challenges of our life. Due to builder-employee turnover, we dealt with numerous people on-site and that created a lot of confusion and mis-communications. Once Jodi picked up the ball and ran with it, the purchase went much smoother. Our new home was delayed by more than a month due to a construction miscue, but Jodi helped us get through it. We even had financing troubles, due to the volatile mortgage market, but again, Jodi and her team were there to pick up the pieces. Jodi helped us find alternative financing and walked us through the final steps of buying our house as if it was her own. Jodi, quite simply, saved our new home. Without her we would not be living in the beautiful house we now call home. Her expertise and advice made our lives so much easier. Anyone buying or selling a house should use Team Jodi, if you don’t, you may be making one of the biggest mistakes of your life. Team Jodi is reliable and knowledgeable, and most importantly they are good people who care about the people they represent. Our dream almost became a nightmare, but thanks to Team Jodi our dream became reality.
